Purchased from Greg Reece - Oct 2015 - and I overpaid (a little). Should've bargained Greg down a bit. I guess it is tied with two others for HIGHEST GRADED on the CGC census, but still...

If you want a book in 9.4 or better, you'll have no problem, with 36 copies meeting that requirement!

This was the first appearance of the Phantom Stranger in Brave and the Bold. He would show up again in just nine issues (#98) and again later on in issue #145 (December 1978).
