Owner's Description

Purchased from Reece Comics - June 2020. There are only two 9.8's certified by CGC, so this copy is tied for HIGHEST GRADED on the CGC census. With only six 9.6's on the current census, not exactly a huge amount of uber HG copies, so I paid the price Reece wanted!

Besides an original story teaming up Batman and the Phantom Stranger, there are two stories reprinted in this larger size issue, Phantom Stranger #2 and Challengers of the Unknown #32.
