Owner's Description

My Comic Shop purchase - actually just a few dollars more than the April 2017 CL auction and probably cheaper than it would've gone for then if I had been more involved in the bidding, so all good. Tied with three others for HIGHEST GRADED on the census (along with another Canadian version).

First and last appearance of Ragman in Brave and the Bold.
