Owner's Description

It started on Yancy Street, as the Watcher peers down ominously. The Red Ghost also makes an appearance in Issue #29. There are no 9.8s in the census as of June 2020. Our highest graded copy comes from the White Mountain Collection, This book was also part of the fabled Doug Schmell Collection auctioned off by Heritage in July 2012. In other words, it’s about as good a copy of this issue as you will ever see.

We acquired this book in a book trade in 2018 with another private collector.
