Issue #87 features appearances by both Electro and Black Widow. It is strange how census numbers in back-to-back issues can vary so widely. While there are only two 9.8 copies of Issue #86, there are a whopping 24 9.8s of this one. We acquired our copy in the February 2016 CL auction.
