Owner's Description

Issue #48 is an 80-Page Giant and has thus always commands a premium over regular JLA issues. It contains reprints from Brave and Bold #29, JLA #2 and JLA #3. There are two 9.8s atop the census, the Pacific Coast copy and the Fantucchio copy, which we now own. The PC copy recently sold on Heritage for $9,000. While we might ideally prefer the PC Pedigree, the best of the Fantucchios have amazing inks, a characteristic that our copy shares. We acquired our book from a friend and fellow collector in a private transaction in May 2020.
