Owner's Description

Jeff Smith story, cover, and art; 6 page interview with Jeff Smith; 3 pages of early Bone material; Hero exclusive.

An interesting comic that was bundled with Hero Magazine in 1993 (between issues #10 & #11). The first five pages are a short story about the crew celebrating the Winter Solstice (including Fone giving a hot quiche to a pair of Rat Creatures), the middle six are an interview with Jeff, and the last pages are a reprint of some of Jeff's early Bone work from the Ohio State newspaper, The Lantern.

One of the highest graded Signature Series copies! My raw book witnessed by Joel Elad at the Flying Colors Comics signing (Concord, CA) on December 6, 2008.
