This sketch variant and the other variant to this 70th Anniversary Special will be the one exception I make for collecting this series where I don't necessarily "need" to have the book in 9.8 because of its scarcity.

This variant cover is especially rare to do the high ratio needed to qualify for the variant (I believe it was a 1:70 variant). When I saw this 9.6 copy offered on ebay for a modest price, I nabbed it immediately so I won't have to search for it. It's doubtful that many retailers ordered 70+ copies of this Anniversary 1-shot, so I happily added this book to my collection.
