Owner's Description

Issue #217 is a very tough book to find in high grade because of the jet black cover. Our 9.8 comes from the Suscha News Pedigree and is the single highest graded copy, at least as of April 2018. We acquired the book in the 8/10/2011 ComicConnect auction.
