Owner's Description

One of the biggest challenges to completing my Firestorm collection has been finding issue #5 in 9.8 grade. It's clear to me at this point that anyone who has this book in 9.8 grade (only 5 total copies on the census) is not interested in giving it up. So in order for me to add one to my collection, I'm going to need to find one in the raw that has 9.8 potential and have it sent in. No easy task for a book 40 years old, and for a character that is seen as a second tier DC hero.

I found this copy raw and thought it might just have a chance to come back as a 9.8, but alas, it fell just short. I'm not one to give up, so I'll keep looking for the elusive #5 9.8 until I find it! For now, this 9.6 copy will do.
