Owner's Description

Another purchase from Comics To Astonish. Another Wolverine Cover. But, it is too late. The series was cancelled. A new creation was about to begin, but the old had to be put out to pasteur. The first X-Men spin off was ending. One of the best runs of comic books in the eighties was now over. Cable is still the size of the Hulk.

Louise Simonson would move on. Her run on the New Mutants finally over. She had more input on the New Mutants than anyone else. She either edited or wrote over 90% of the series. The next issue was going to be worthless. Everyone knew the series was ending. Orders were done and no one was going to care about the trio comin this way.
