Owner's Description

There are 8 9.8s, hence not an expensive book. So do you go for WP or Pedigree? I guess that one is a personal choice, but for me, I will take Pacific Coast and OW/W over WP no pedigree. But obviously opinions will certainly vary on that question. We acquired the book in the 9/1/2018 CL auction.
