Owner's Description

Until very recently, the top graded example of this issue was an 8.0. But in 2021/2022, the Promise Collection 9.8 and this book were graded by CGC. We went after the Promise book hard, but dropped out when the price reached $28,800. It admittedly was much nicer than our book, but ours is the second best example ever certified by CGC and cost us less than 1/10 what the Promise book made at auction. We acquired the book from Nick at Comic Book Addiction in January 2022.
