Owner's Description

Another one I think deserves classic cover designation by the great Will Eisner. The cover shows post-battle Uncle Sam surveying the shattered Nazi forces he's just defeated. A lot to this one - take a look at the pilot's fist as he is clutching some innocents and the look Eisner puts on Sam's face - astounding. Interior art by Paul Gustavson, Klaus Nordling, and Fred Guardineer.
