Owner's Description

Although not noted on the CGC label, I believe this cover is by Al Kotzky - a stalwart talent from the GA. I like his use of shading and soft brushwork here. Still in the midst of WWII, Sam and Biddy give the thumbs up and they their fight to the skies.
