Owner's Description

In Issue #90, a Skrull impersonates Reed Richards to capture the Thing and transport him to another planet. The story is continued in Issues 91-93.

There are two issues in this set, after #52, where we do not have a 9.8: #66 and #90. The reason for #66 is easy: price. With #90, however, there are only two 9.8s in the census and we have honestly never seen one. Our copy is a clean 9.6, but we sure would love to find one of those elusive 9.8s.

In the meantime, we acquired our 9.6 in the 8/4/2011 CL auction.
