The spectacular beginning to a great story! Split from his cousins in a strange land, Fone Bone must fend for himself while being followed by the Great Red Dragon.

Second highest grade. Purchased from Annihilus via the boards. Annihilus was the original owner who bought it from the M&M Comic Service out of Chicago. He occasionally took chances on independents at the time and struck gold with this one. Thank you very much for selling me this gem! It was originally graded by CGC in 2007 as a 9.4. Received Grader's Notes of "multiple dents on front cover". Had it pressed by Matt Nelson of Classics Incorporated and came back as a 9.6.
