Owner's Description

so the story of #3... this is the third and fourth 9.8 I have had in this slot. My first two were solid 9.8's that through some mystery - once signed (#1 with me in charge and #2 with some other not to be named company) submitted and both came back 9.6. extremely disappointed with that turn of events.
so with my third try at getting a ss myself, I finally got my 9.8
