Owner's Description

Funny story here, I purchased a purported 9.8 Twin Cities copy of this issue, which was erroneously placed in a #191 holder. When I took it to CGC to reholder correctly, it dropped to a 9.4, which I subsequently sold. Fortunately, I was able to pick up this newly graded 9.8 in the Pedigree Comics December 2017 auction. It is a white page beauty and still the single highest graded copy as of 5/2020.
