Owner's Description

Marvel Tales #3 is still a 25-cent issue, but it marked the beginning of a new format for the cover. In this and subsequent issues, the covers feature pictures of earlier covers from four books, which were reprinted inside. In this case, the four books were ASM #6, JIM #84, TTA #38, and ST #101. Our WP 9.8 is the single highest graded example of this issue and comes from the Federal Hill Collection. We acquired the book in the 4/28/2021 CL Auction.*
