Owner's Description

This copy sits atop the census as the lone highest graded. In fact, there's only one other copy graded (a 5.5 universal). The issues in and around this period are notoriously difficult to find in nice shape with great paper quality. This copy will have to do until (or IF) I can find a nicer one.
