Captain America and Captain Britain battle the Red Skull, who is holding Betsy and Jamie Braddock hostage, while Fury discovers Radcliffe's treachery-but too late to stop him from apparently bombing Braddock Manor to the ground!

This issue is noteable as it also contains the original pages intended for Issue 17 (this previous issue was misprinted, so that it contained the pages from issue #18).

The 2nd story is a reprint of the first half of Fantastic Four #118 in black and white.
