This comic has a cartoon strip on the back cover. I am unaware as to whether a version exists with an AD back. I would not be surprised.

This was not a film I had ever heard of and Wikipedia had just a smidgen of info on the film:
Tammy Tell Me True is a 1961 romantic comedy film and is the second of the four Tammy films. It stars Sandra Dee as Tambrey "Tammy" Tyree, taking over from Debbie Reynolds. In this outing, Tammy goes to college.
