I am not sure why this is considered a "Newsstand Edition" when it clearly says "Direct Edition" on the UPC Code.

What is significantly different about this issue?

It does NOT have Di-Cut cover. The Cover is solid, making it different than the other version, in-addition it has a cover price of $2.50.
