Story:

"The Hatred of the Hobgoblin!" Plot by Roger Stern. Script by Bill Mantlo. Art by Al Milgrom (layouts) and Jim Mooney (finishes). Cover by Al Milgrom. The Hobgoblin experiments with Norman Osborn's old chemical formula to gain the physical power of the Green Goblin. If the sinister villain is successful, that will spell big trouble for the web-slinger! Meanwhile, Peter Parker joins his friends (Harry, Liz, Betty, Flash, Sha Shan, and Mary Jane) for lunch at the Tavern-on-the-Green, where Harry and Liz have a big announcement for everyone! Later that evening, the wall-crawler and the Black Cat are swinging across the Manhattan rooftops, when suddenly the duo is ambushed by the Hobgoblin!
