Side Note: I am not sure why? but this issue seems to be more difficult to locate in Newstand or Direct Edition than some of the other Spectacular Spider-Man issues.

Story:

"Crime & Punishment!" Part 2 of 3. Guest-starring Cloak and Dagger. Script by Bill Mantlo. Art by Al Milgrom (breakdowns) and Jim Mooney (inks). Cover by Al Milgrom. The Kingpin's office tower is the center of all the action! First, the web-slinger arrives in the Kingpin's office, then Cloak and Dagger, and finally the Punisher! Three of the four want to kill the Kingpin, and the fourth one can't believe he's fighting to save him! The web-slinger tries to hold off Cloak and Dagger, while the Kingpin tackles the Punisher one-on-one! Cameo appearances by the Black Cat and Vanessa Fisk. 32 pages. Reprinted in Marvel Tales # 221. While reading Spectacular Spider-Man #82 in September of 1983, Mattel launched one of the most memorable cartoons of the 1980’s. He-Man and the Masters of the Universe! The cartoon and toy-line would be one of the most successful ever.
