Highest Grade. Sinestro appearance. (This issue has the third appearance of Sinestro, but again no cover art to entice the reader. Instead, the artist drew & inked a story-related cover. It wasn't until Sinestro's fourth appearance in GL #15 that IMHO, the cover artist got it right brilliantly. Nevertheless, this cover does effectively illustrate the amazing diversity of the galaxy's Green Lantern Corps.) STORY 1: For derelictions of duty, the Green Lantern Corps strips Green Lantern of Earth of his insignia and power ring, and exile him to Qward, where he falls into the hands of Sinestro. STORY 2: Green Lantern’s power ring falls out of a hole in Hal Jordan’s pocket and is found by a boy who idolizes the Emerald Gladiator.
