CGC is going to hate me if it reads what I wrote. I am not a professional but this should have received a 9.6. I recently purchased a signed edition of this comic book off of e-bay and I believe that is a better copy. I would like to send it in but of course the signature can not be authenticated for the signature series . Either way, when this cover first came out I thought it was strange. The mouths still look like cyclopean faces rather than gaping maws. Professor X is standing and Wolfspane is looking rather unaware of the imposing doom coming at them from behind. I believe I mentioned before I never appreciated Bill Sienkiewicz when these covers when they came out.

This is also an update to my registry. Purchased with issue #27 and signed by Bill Sienkiewicz on 8-13-11. Book was originally added onto the registry 3-5-10
