I love this cover. At first it would seem like Warlock is having a temper tantrum, but not true Daddy Magus is coming to reclaim his son. Ok Barry this cover helped you redeem yourself in my eyes. Mind you I was still naive about names of writers and artists. I knew what I liked but was ignorant to follow. I learned this later with collecting back issues of Frank Miller's Daredevil but I change the topic yet again. The cover of this Golden State book is simply awe inspiring. Barry I learned who would draw a great many covers and stories that I still perk at the mention of anything he might do. Are you out there Barry? I purchased this online for two reasons. One it is currently the only copy graded and in this condition. A must have, secondly look at the cover for God's Sake. An apology here to bagofleas (did I get that right?)I did buy this before he knew it was available. I envy his collection...yes that is for the record. But he did get #50 before I could.
