Owner's Description

What are the odds that the 98th CGC book I am entering would be issue #98? It might not be the 98th in a 9.8 since I have two books not graded as high, it is still cool. I waited so long for this one because….well let's face it...they are so readily available. This one however is signed by Rob Liefeld. I am happy this is finally part of my collection as a few of the 9.8’s I do have I question how they got this grade, with this one I almost question how it is not a 9.9.
