Owner's Description

For me, it's always a treat when artists with distinctive styles are asked to provide covers for Cap. I've enjoyed the various variant covers from Sal Buscema, Ed McGuinness, Joe Jusko and others. I interpret this cover as Cap being held back by the chains of time (I could be wrong, but who knows for sure?).

I must have missed something when I was looking it over before I submitted it to CGC. I'll be looking for a 9.8 upgrade for this book.
