This was apart of a promotional giveaway from Taco Bell which featured an assortment of Cap stories, and was only given out for a limited time, and is extremely difficult to secure in high grade. The cover used is the same cover as the Variant Edition to Captain America #25. This book should be on any Cap fans "to get" list because of its uniqueness and scarceness. Thanks Daniel!
