This is the book that was on the reverse side of the Justice League America 70 fourth print that came back 9.6... I talk about it in that book's description. The second picture is the actual pack before I opened it. I'm really happy I took pictures of a lot of these items as I worked on this collection... it's pretty cool to have them now to be able to remember where these books came from. This book was never actually a member of my main Base Set as I had another Universal 9.8 in my collection before I got this one... this one has the better story of the two Universals for this Custom Set though (sorry other 9.8!). My Signature Series 9.8 is signed by Brett Breeding.
Update - I eventually CPR'ed the JLA 70 4th print and it remained a 9.6... bummer!
