Owner's Description

This was a eBay sketch cover that I tried purchasing around 2019 at a no reserve auction and didn't quite make it. Flash forward years later, it became available again on eBay.

Mike Decarlo did an awesome colored pencil commission of Aquaman a cover swipe of the first appearance of Blank Manta on 12/22/18 & Nick Justus did his own spin of the same cover on the back on 2/5/19.

CGC graded on 5/17/19.
