Owner's Description

"The Sunken Land!" A little triple-signed beauty for the last book of the run. Walt Simonson did the cover and the pencils on the cover story, Starlin did the pencils on the second story, a stand-alone Mouser tale (tail? I crack myself up), and Milgrom did the inks on both. Really a lot of talent involved in this final issue - obviously too late though.
But look at that glorious cover by Simonson - I think with all the awesome work on Thor, people forget he did great work before that on a number of sword & sorcery books including this and interiors in some Savage Sword of Conan mags. Really detailed work that shows up later in his Thor work but is also similar to Alex Nino to my eye.
Our cover appears to be Red Fafhrd getting his ass handed to him by some massive sea beast - which is probably a bad thing as he's the muscle of this criminal duo, and Mouser's bow is going to be pretty useless under water. I haven't any idea how they get out of the predicament, or really if they even do get out of it - since this is the final issue - but I'd buy this book based on the cover art just to find out.
