I honestly remember this issue from seeing it in a 7-11 here in Las Vegas when I was growing up. That giant head baby just stuck with me! Now, I am pretty sure my mom didn't buy it for me. So many years later when I picked up this nice copy at the San Diego Comic Con, I would break it out of the slab and be somewhat disappointed to find that it was an imaginary story...
