1st appearance of Kick Ass! (Dave Lizewski) One Kick-Arse regular cover, and the 1st app in an ongoing series. Take it to the bank, we'll take you to the movies. It didn't all go over well in theaters, yet here we are with a collectable series. One shot, two shot, three shot four! I love that this series isn't still regularly available at the LCS. It isn't always found, even though it would be sought after. I assume people are holding onto their copies, and actually reading them. I found it in the back issue bin at Awesome Comics, a LCS. I knew the grade was only 9.0, but that meant the price of acquisition would be even sweeter! Got to keep abreast and your eyes peeled, you never know what a LCS will have! I've since found different volumes of this series, and even a similar Hit-Girl title, all well and good to preserve this type of off-color art and story.
Complete with a back cover picture of the insides to this issue from my under copy! It is to be continued and that is a rough way to leave the hero until the next issue! It makes us ever so vigilant when the vehicles are considered weapons! Check those speed bumps for pedestrians!
