1st Solo of Kate Bishop in an ongoing series, complete with back up and codename Hawkeye. The self-described adorable and purple clothed while goodhearted archer will win yours by taking down the no-good varmints in town. These acrobats and feats of strength come by the bonds of friendship, with a gut punch to the vortex that is streaming at Disney! Bought in 2023 at LCS Awesome Comics for the fairly well priced of $65 out the door, not to be discouraged by them, as they can obtain things at good prices. Hawkeye is a character not always vented as a good guy or gal, even the Big Bang Theory TV show had a quip, "Hawkeye is part of the Avengers, but no one ever says, 'save me' Hawkeye?!?" Therein lies the rub that this series seeks to qualm or put to rest, as of 2017. Who knew? Was it a question that needed answering? The Avenger now a kid is not playing games anymore with your emotions!
Complete with a back cover picture of the insides to this issue, from my under copy. To show the underscore, as it were, of a well thought out planned attack by Kate Bishop. Early to rise, but will it prove effective! A similarly addressed group of under dogs that come in to make it work. I get a kick out of a Marvel character all in purple like the Huntress from DC, only this time with Hawkeye, and with similar abilities like a bow and arrow. Get it Marvel!
