No comment necessary; other than it's absurd that it has as many points as a 9.2 Daredevil 1.

Holy Grail for me. Widely known to be the 1st full app. & origin of Clayface; however, it's also the first ever Joker cover &--for that matter--first ever printed image of the Joker. The content for Detective Comics #40 was instead used for Batman #1; but they opted to simply leave the cover unchanged. Accordingly, you'll note the cover fits with the splash pages in Batman #1 (story 2). So, essentially, it's the first ever appearance of our favorite, The! Joker!!

(WP): First Book of Legendary Series; Modern Classic.
Signed by Tony Moore at MotorCity Comic Con(17May13); signed in archival copic ink marker. Tony Moore commendted on the impressive archival nature of the presented ink & stated he had never before signed a book in copic ink & "Hmm... who knows, in 60 or 70 years, you may have the only Tony Moore signature book remaining."

Tony also commented on the amazing condition of this book, drawing others around the table (including the CGC representative) to view the "incredible pristine" book's condition, then repeatedly urging the CGC witness (against her inclination) to comment on the book's condition.
