Captain Marvel tries the cereal and discovers they are literally sawdust and the people who bought the product turn on Mr. Tawny. Later Captain Marvel discovers that the Tawny toys are just old doornobs. When Tawny discovers that the Tawny soda is just colored water he goes into a rage and attacks the salespeople. Tawny is arrested as an accomplice in the swindle and Captain Marvel encourages the police to take him in. Thinking Tawny has taken the fall Mr. Twister returns to hatch a new swindle only to get caught by Captain Marvel and put in jail as Tawny is released.
