Set Description
Growing up, we read all the DC war comics with Kubert covers. And I still think he was the best. I am fortunate to be able to have gathered a few hundred of them. His gritty depictions of war heroes are my favorites, but he drew so many other characters as well. Going forward I will try to add more of the covers that have characters other than Sgt. Rock, Gunner and Sarge, Johnny Cloud and the Haunted Tank. The earliest cover that I own is from 1955, the newest is 2012. I have been making progress on my 1972 DC Tarzan set as well.
