Centennial Collection - Where It All Began

Set Description
I didn't collect comics as a kid. I didn't especially read them either. My passion was sports cards and sports in general. I did love the X-Men and Batman cartoons. With the Marvel movie-verse I became interested. It made me feel like a kid again (maybe it was the childhood interest I never had the chance at). Then there were two things that jump started my interests in collecting. One was a comic book "gift" collection from a coworker. Hundreds of comics (mostly DC) that I was given. The other was a family trip to Georgia and a certain comic shop that I entered for the first time and found a home so to speak.

Set Goals
This collection signifies the first comics that sparked my curiosity and got me to love comics and collecting in general.
