THE TICK!!! I have a raw as well, very pleased to have this one, in a normal case too as the comic is bigger than normal! The Tick Cartoon growing up was definitely out of the box thinking that even my mom enjoyed it to a point! Until it got just SILLY! There was EEK the CAT and a bunch of other crazy cartoons during this time, but I believe that the Tick was the family favorite for sure. SPOON! We had some laughs then would go out and eat breakfast at the diner. It was sometimes good that we would eat after, as some of the cartoons got a little gross. Still the Tick kept up the laughter and Ben Edlund, the creator, was then getting some praise for his original series, those were creative times. Same as today but with different tastes in humor and execution. Long lasting nostalgia at its finest, got us when we we're young, and especially during the 80's with other slapstick spoof films galore!
Back cover is too good, and that pick speaks of the Tick and Family. That will make the grade for the group photo and character splashy art, it is crazy cool!
