Story:
48-page Flip Book Edition. "A Time to Live!" Web of Death, Part 2 of 4. Script by Tom DeFalco. Art by Sal Buscema (breakdowns) and Bill Sienkiewicz (finishes). Cover by Sal Buscema. Story continues from Amazing Spider-Man #397. Doctor Octopus works feverishly to save Peter Parker's life as the Vulture's deadly virus pushes the wall-crawler closer and closer to death! What a strange turn of events to see Doc Ock helping Spider-Man! Perhaps the six-armed super-villain's heart is not as cold as it's seemed through the years! After temporarily containing the virus, Dr. Octopus drops the web-slinger off at his brownstone to be reunited with Mary Jane! And once inside she announces to her husband: "We're having a baby!" Mary Jane is pregnant! Story continues in Amazing Spider-Man #398. Cameo appearances by Aunt May, Anna Watson, Kaine, and Stunner. Flip story: "Scoop!" Story by David Michelinie. Illustrations by Mark Bagley and Alex Saviuk. Back cover by Tom Grummett and Klaus Janson. This 15-page abridged story (with clip art) is taken from the Ultimate Spider-Man (1994 Novel) anthology by Berkley Books. The short story features Spider-Man vs. the Raker. (Notes: This issue was published with the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers White Ranger barcode card for Tiger game systems. The issue may or may not contain the card now.) 48 pages. Cover price $2.25.
