1st appearance of Alpha Flight in cameo. Another Hot play list on the X-men Animated series and they already know Wolverine? Glad to have this copy in my long to accomplish run. It is well centered and presents great for the grade! Well now that the Wolverine is back in his home country of Canada, might as well bring in the Alpha Flight a team lead by Vindicator as known in the animated series (Guardian.) Vindicator or Guardian was curious and wanted to bring Logan in for testing in the first place, just to see why Logan was the perfect candidate for the Weapon X program, and just why he was seemingly the lone survivor at the time. Alpha Flight and their leader does not seem all that friendly to the X-men because of those facts, but eventually come around onto a level playing field. The adventure is just starting, and the Alpha Flight eventually go on to have their own ongoing series, that went on for a long time. I guess Canadian heroes were popular!
Complete with a back cover picture of, "The Wolverine!" A sketched and signed print of the Wolverine, by Sam De La Rosa! Smoking! That's when Logan has an attitude and this issue coming from his usual place of operation in the States to Canada and then to meet Alpha Flight, it makes his hair stand on edge!
