1st appearance of the Strange Academy students. Bought raw for $30 at LCS Keith's comics. This has been a buzz comic, and this one has the Campbell trade dress! Had it slabbed! Campbell mentioned in a CGC in-house signing video where fans asked questions, that this was one of his current favorite covers to do. It was 2021 around September or October, and Gunslinger Spawn was soon to come. He said it was nice to do some new characters that he hadn't done over and over. I'm still awaiting news of how this story or characters will be used in the future. Seems to be the students are learning and still finding their purpose, under the tutelage of Dr. Strange. Who by the way may end up having a "death" of sorts soon, man it's just been a regular part of Marvel to see characters expire. In whatever form or way, it has just become the norm.
Complete with a back cover picture of the poster I got from seeing the prescreen in Imax before being released to theaters of, The Hunger Games: Songbirds and Snakes! This Strange Academy shows the "new groups" that Marvel was trying to put together, circa 2019/2020, and much like the Hunger games, this prequel movie and comics were survival of the fittest with odds being in their favor!
