This annual loosely connects with the Reign of the Supermen storyline, featuring the Last Son of Krypton, a.k.a. the Eradicator, who claimed to be Superman resurrected. “Bloodlines” was the crossover theme for all the DC Comics annuals in 1993, about alien parasites feeding on human hosts for their spinal fluid. There was a series of trading cards from Skybox to promote the storyline. The card set had four foil chase cards featuring the four Supermen from Reign of the Supermen and a mail away card for the one true Superman. Of course I have those cards in my collection.
The Eradicator first appeared in Action Comics Annual #2 (1989).
