Got this copy in a rare trade in January 2023. Back in May 2018, the sole 9.8 came to auction at Comiclink and my bid was taken out at the last minute, regretfully. As you can see by the dates, it was almost five years later that I finally filled the hole in my collection, having also lost out on a few 9.6's along the way. The book was never a huge priority for me as it is not a key issue, nor an especially expensive book. So, this is tied with four others for second highest on the CGC census.
This book contains the first appearance of the Earth-One version of Plastic Man. He would go on to team up with Batman again in a couple of future issues in the series. He was erased from existence during Crisis on Infinite Earths, but brought back again during Dark Crisis.
