Owner's Description
SS by Dell Otto on 8/27/17. My first Dell Otto Sig and in gold! I used the facilitator comicsketchart.com, they went to Italy for the sig, I thought that this book might come back as a very fine. I'm glad that it came back at least 9.0, a great presenting copy of some fine Dell Otto work! The 1st I ever sent overseas, with a striking cover. I love the painted look. The gold signature is what I asked for, but it looks nearly invisible. Nice signature series label though, I guess that gives the telltale sign. The Best There Is! I have that Claremont quote on a sketch cover, and now it's a limited series, which is pretty sweet and a great idea for a title. The story I've read all the way through, yet it being a complete run made it make sense. Others don't like it at all, it was a bit convoluted as single issues, but I was new and I thought it was a wild ride, probably the 1st complete run I concentrated on putting together, but to mostly leave raw, as the Punisher appearances of Mark Jeweler were early on as well but to slab!
Any way you slice it, when the healing factor shows those claws then be prepared! Origins, in Michael Turner style.
Complete with a back cover picture of, true enough, the raw 12 issue run! It was an attractive title and cover when getting back into collecting that it made me want to read a complete story, short and sweet!
Grader Notes:
finger bends full top of;
finger bends right center of front cover breaks color;
spine stress lines spine breaks color.
