Story:

"The Peril...and the Pumpkin?" Script by Roger Stern. Art by Jim Shooter (layouts) and Jim Mooney (finishes). Cover by Frank Miller and Bob Wiacek. Second appearance of Jack O'Lantern (aka Jason Macendale). The evil terrorist, Jack O'Lantern, has taken the staff and patients at Bellevue Hospital hostage! And the hostage list includes Aunt May's fiancé, Nathan Lubensky! However, the wondrous wall-crawler is on the way; and Jack O'Lantern will soon be on the run! Meanwhile at Empire State University, Steve Hopkins' prank on Marcy Kane goes terribly wrong. Cameo appearances by Nitro and the Vulture. (Notes: Jack O'Lantern first appeared in Machine Man 19.
